Name:

• Peppard Revels Film Club

Purpose:

• A community film club (located in Rotherfield Peppard, South Oxfordshire) showing five films per year in Peppard War Memorial Hall for community enjoyment and acting as a fund raiser for Peppard Revels main events.

Venue:

• Peppard War Memorial Hall, Gallowstree Road, Rotherfield Peppard, South Oxfordshire, RG9 5JA

Screening months:

• October, November, January, February, March (one film per listed month).

Eligibility:

• Open to residents of South Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, or by invitation; membership not required to attend screenings.

Ticket requests:

• All film tickets are available by email request. Provide the following when requesting:

1. Name
2. Number of tickets
3. Preferred date (month)
4. Any accessibility needs or seating requests

Allocation:

• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis based on email requests (subject to availability).
• Confirmation will be sent by reply email.

Attendance policies:

• Doors open at 18:45. Arrive a few minutes before the advertised start time; late seating policy to be confirmed on booking (e.g., may be seated at the discretion of ushers).

Code of conduct:

• Respectful behaviour, no harassment, compliance with venue rules.

Accessibility:

• Disabled access to Peppard War Memorial is available.

Film rights:

• Screenings occur under appropriate licensing for community/club use; the film will be shown in compliance with copyright requirements.

Schedule:

• Programmes are published in advance; occasional changes may occur due to licensing or venue constraints. Members/attendees will be notified where possible.

Content notes:

• Content may include mature themes; viewers are advised to check film notes in advance.

Recording/photography:

• Policy on photography or filming during screenings to be communicated with attendees.
• Generally, no filming of the film content; optional club photography may occur for promotional use with consent.

Tickets:

• All tickets issued via email requests; no on-the-door sales unless stated.
• Current ticket price is £15 per person (price includes supper in a bowl and glass of Laithwaites wine)

Changes/cancellations:

• If a screening is canceled, attendees will be offered a transfer to another screening or a refund/credit where feasible.

Lost tickets:

• Reference to the booking email; attendees should present the booking confirmation or bring the email on entry.

Compliance:

• Attendees must comply with Peppard War Memorial Hall rules, including health and safety procedures.

Accessibility:

• Disabled access to premises is available.

Food and drink:

• No outside food and beverages allowed.

Assumption of risk:

• Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk; organisers are not liable for personal injuries beyond legal obligations.

Property and equipment:

• Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue or its equipment.

Data handling:

• Collect and store attendee data only for ticketing and communications; reference the privacy policy

Communications:

• Attendees will be contacted by email and how to unsubscribe or request data deletion.
